“Comfortable stay with clean rooms, modern decor and ample public spaces for sitting and lounging. Very limited amenities in the rooms with only soap and a small bottle of lotion. Restaurant Woven and Bound serves average quality of food at high prices. Location very convenient as one of 4 hotels near the convention center that is walkable. Neighboring area not a lot of shops or restaurants. Great gym facilities and nice M executive lounge.”
“Great hotel next to the convention center. The meeting space is great! They have space for a small meeting or a full on convention. The ballrooms have excellent views of the city and the food at this hotel is pretty good. They have a food court! (Bring back the homemade pop tarts!)”
“I’m a huge fan of Marriott brands , but I especially love the Marquis Hotels . This property is truly exceptional with amazing amenities everywhere . I recently stayed for a 2-day concert at Wintrust Arena , and it was so convenient that I barely had to step outside in the freezing wind -except for a late-night White Castle run . You can easily reach both McCormick Place and the W.A. through the elevated walkways . The rooms are elegantly styled , and the views from high floors are breathtaking . I was thrilled to get a top-floor room (#39!) . The staff was incredible-professional, friendly, and super helpful . Special shoutout to Eileen, the Food & Beverage Manager, and her team for making our stay extra memorable with delicious food and excellent service. Overall, an amazing hotel with perfect location, stunning views, and top-notch amenities. Definitely a must-stay in Chicago!”
“Great hotel. My housekeeping lady was sooooo nice. My room was so clean. I had a bad experience at another Chicago hotel and I was a little worried but this was the total opposite. It was very busy because of multiple huge events but they ran it super smooth.”
